"Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing." 1 Thessalonians 5:11

We want everyone to do well, whatever their start in life.  As adults in every role they play at school, we want to encourage the children, academically, but as a person in the way they treat others and react to situation.  We want them to find their true’ passions’ interests, enjoyment, and skills be that creatively, musical or through sport and leadership. We also know that our children’s parents’ and carers need encouragement and support.  From a smile at the door, help with homework or when more serious situation hits the family.

We therefore looked a St Barnabas, who was one of the first Christians.  He was known as the great encourager.  We then looked at the writing of one of his friends, Paul who said to a new church to: keep on encouraging each other”

So that in simple term is our vision our Biblical narrative, our words from the bible.

We believe in encouraging the children, parents, careers and each other: friends and colleagues. We follow the example of those first Christians who were following Jesus’ teaching. As we strive to also do this from a positions of faith or respect of the Christian faith.
