Local MP Visit
6Franklin had a visit from our local MP, Laura Ferris. She very kindly came to visit us to introduce herself and to explain a little bit about what she does and to ask the children about their experiences during the pandemic. She explained about how bills are put before Parliament and how there are different MPs that represent different areas of the country based on population density. The children asked some thoughtful questions and Laura Farris MP visit reported by Miss Ford were interested in what was happening in Parliament this week and whether there were any important bills to vote on.
