Nursery Teaching Assistant

We are seeking: A NURSERY TEACHING ASSISTANT
for at least one academic year
(reviewable Summer Term 2023)
Start date: as soon as possible
32.5 Hours, Fixed Term Contract, Grade B or C, dependant on experience
Training through the West Berkshire Training Consortium is available if appropriate

Our successful, friendly and inclusive school is looking to appoint a talented, motivational and inspiring individual.
The successful candidates will ideally have:
- an NVQ level 2 qualification or equivalent, or relevant experience
- Grades A*-C/9-4 in GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent
- experience in meeting the physical and medical needs of pupils
- experience in supporting children in a Nursery setting
- a commitment to working as part of a team
- the ability to use own initiative when responding to the needs of individual children
- excellent interpersonal skills
A passion and interest in supporting all children in a school setting is essential.
