Flowers of Recovery
If you have been down into Thatcham Broadway to see the Council display of Flowers of Recovery you may have seen the flowers made by Year 6 Darwin. Using recycled plastic containers we cut petals and used small pieces of tissue paper to decoupage both sides. Once dried, we used acrylic paint to add the details. Once the display is removed then we will be able to add small pieces of sponge to the centre of our flowers to turn them into insect feeders.
